Very surprised by the above comment. I've had dealings with Trinity Factors in Edinburgh and in Aberdeen for more than 10 years. They certainly don't have a high turnover of staff in Edinburgh - in fact mostly I've been dealing with the same people all this time.
I do know that the Aberdeen office had a few staff changes initially, but since a new manager started there last summer, he's been great and there are other new staff - who seem switched on. Things certainly get done fast now.
I'm very happy to recommend them. I first rented a lovely flat from them when I was a student. Me and my mates got our deposit back in full (We did leave the place as we found it of course ) and now my girlfriend and I have bought a house in Stirling they look after her big flat in Edinburgh and my flat quite near their office in Rosemount in Aberdeen. No problems.
It's nice to deal with an honest reliable business. Not at all as Douglas Baird describes above. Took a month to get his deposit back? - maybe he didn't look after the flat and they had to get a load of repairs done. If I owned the flat I'd want it properly fixed - that's what the deposit is for.

The service we received was second to none; they went far above and beyond what was required from an agent. It's fair to say that without their constant skill and careful management of our purchase, it wouldn't have completed successfully.

I felt compelled to give this company the lowest ratings due to the fact that although what we are paying is not actually that bad, we have had no service for our money at all. I completely agree with the other review, we have had many problems with our house, some of which the company has refused to solve and others which took forever. They also seem to take a long time to communicate with the landlord and any communication we do recieve has been rude and unhelpful. I would not reccomend them to anyone and will not be using them again.

Don't use Connells in Braintree unless you want constant incompetance over the smallest requests. They have fired one of their salesmen and currently reshuffling staff, so hopefully they will pull their socks up

One of the worst estate agents I have had to deal with over the years. I was a tenant and I assume their fees are minimal for the amount of work they do. Absolutely useless at everything they do. For everything that needed fixed in the house including the front door handle breaking off took at least 5 phone calls reminding them what they needed to do. Most problems took well over a month to get seen to despite phoning 3 times a week. They also don't seem to have knowledge of laws regarding what I assume to be an estate agents bread and butter - HMOs.
How can you be this bad at your job?
Their staff turnover was ridiculously high too so I can only assume they are not great to work for either.
The deposit took well over a month to get back. Each time I spoke to them about it they'd assure me that it would be paid in the next few days. Full of false promises.
I have spoken to other estate agents and it appears their reputation of incompetence precedes them...
Stay clear!

We had the misfortune to deal with their Long Buckby branch and are in the process of making a complaint to the ombudsman. We will never deal with this company again.

I felt begrudged to even give this business a one star rating, but alas you couldn't give no stars at all! I was advised not to use Quantum by three colleagues prior to signing on the dotted line, due to incompetent staff, poor management and a general couldn't-care-less attitude and have learnt from my mistakes. They are literally appalling. No one there seems to have a clue what is going on at any one time and totally ineffective at dealing with problems. In the space of six years I've dealt with five separate landlords / letting agents and have never had a problem with any of them; Quantum, is the complete opposite.
Out of three reviews submitted to qype.co.uk, not a single one of the three has rated Quantum more than 1 star out of 5. Other reviews mention the 'closed-minded, tricky, and manipulative' nature 'very unprofessional' attitude and 'total lack of customer service.' I was forced to pick 1 star, otherwise I would give a Rating - 0 stars.
Poor service. Unfriendly staff. Rude. Offensives and deceitful.
Very unhappy with the way we were treated.
I guarantee you, Sheldon Bosley will find any excuse to try and withhold your deposit. They will exaggerate and blatantly lie.
Do not use this estate agents.
